Scope:

  • - Have knowledge of related utility work such as PM,Maintenance,Energy Saving
    - Legal requirements, ministerial regulations, industrial estate regulations, etc.
    - Have knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949
    - Experience in Machine PM, PLC PRG, 2D, 3D CAD Design
    - Understand Process Design, OEE, Process improvement

  • -Plan and control Audit and inspection of various parts and new model parts.
    -Support and participate in Quality Activity, TPM, Internal Control, Process Audit New Part & 4M chan activities.
    -Review the results of various product inspections Including engineering specifications and customer requirements.
    -Analyse, follow up on problems and coordinate with relevant departments to find a conclusion to the problems that occur.
    -Prepare documents: Inspection STD., Control Plan, Check Sheet about products.
    -Data jusdment SPC (Follow up & Improvement)

    - Understand how to improve the quality of machinery and testing machines
    - Understand the design of machines and testing machines
    - Understand the work of PLC, PM, PdM, CALIBRATION, statistical strategies
    - Have knowledge in lot,Network,Robotic,Smart Factory
    - Knowledge of computer language Visual Basic, Python, etc.
    - Can use GX Developer and GX Work 2 programs.
    - Have knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, TPM or others.
